Extruded Thermoset Composites into sliding vanes(up to 6′ x 4″ x 3/8″ thick) for air and vacuum pumps for long life usage and Tenter Frame wear strips. An excellent return on investment. No oil lubrication is needed in vacuum or refrigeration applications. We extrude several grades that don’t use glass fibers and have the dry lubes like graphite and moly mixed into the matrix of the composite. The coefficient of expansion in the linear direction is much less than laminates are.
